We offer SMS services to our clients integrated with the application as a facility at the most reasonable rates as an optional service. In case of any sudden change in tariff plans/technical procedure imposed on us from the sms providers due to change in norms by the operators/TRAI/Govt., we are forced to pass on the change to our clients with prior intimation. In such a situation, we may also decide to process a refund on pro-data basis for the balance credit remaining in their a/c in case they wish to discontinue the facility due to hiked price or any other change in service.
