Dear Parents, In view of the rising temperatures and in accordance with DOE directives, the school has implemented several precautionary measures to ensure the safety and well-being of all students. - All outdoor physical activities have been suspended until further notice. - Students will remain within their classrooms during school hours to avoid exposure to extreme heat. - Regular hydration is being encouraged, with teachers reminding students at frequent intervals to drink water and stay well-hydrated. At the same time, we are ensuring that students remain active and engaged during the school day: - Sports teachers are conducting light physical activities within the classrooms, such as simple PT exercises, stretching, and short movement-based sessions. - Indoor, age-appropriate activities, including board games and guided movement exercises, are being incorporated to maintain a healthy balance of activity and engagement. All activities are carefully planned to be safe, comfortable, and suitable for the indoor environment. We request you to kindly ensure that your ward carries an adequate water bottle to school each day. Thank you for your continued support. Warm regards, Principal
